While there are no age requirements to join a tour, we recommend speaking with our Customer Service Team for any age restrictions that may apply for children under the age of 18 years.

What happens if I have problem while on tour? Icon

For the majority of tours, you will be guided by a Tour Leader or Guide who will be your go-to person should you have any issues on tour. Beyond this, your tour operator will also have office contact numbers which you can contact with any queries or issues your guide cannot address. Wake Up Here is also available to help during our opening hours should you have any questions - we will do our best to help.
