How do I book a tour? Icon

You can book a tour directly on our website. Simply select your desired destination and tour package, choose your preferred dates, enter the requested details and follow the online booking process, including payment. You will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

What payment methods do you accept? Icon

We accept payment via all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I make changes to my booking? Icon

Yes, you can make changes to your booking, such as modifying dates or destinations. Please contact our Travel Consultants for assistance. There may be a fee and/or difference to pay depending on the tour operator's policies.

What is your cancellation policy? Icon

We have a 14-day refund policy which allows you to request a full refund up to 14 days after booking, or before the deal has been redeemed (flights ticketed, tour confirmed with operator etc.) After this 14-day period, no refunds are possible. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our Travel Consultants for details.

How many travelers can I book for? Icon

The maximum number of travelers you can book online is 10. If you would like to make a larger group booking, please contact our Travel Consultants for assistance.

Do you offer group discounts? Icon

Group discounts are dependent on the tour operator's group policy. Please contact our Travel Consultants for more information.

Will I receive documentation about my tour? Icon

Yes, after booking with us, our team will confirm with the tour operator and you will be sent all relevant documentation for your trip. Please allow a few days for this to come through.

What should I do if I haven't received my tour documentation? Icon

If you haven't received your documentation within a few days of booking, please contact our Travel Consultants for assistance.

How do I know my booking is confirmed? Icon

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our Travel Consultants.

How far in advance can I make changes to my booking? Icon

Changes can be made up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability and the tour operator's policies. Please contact our Travel Consultants for assistance.

Do you offer seniors or military discounts? Icon

No, we do not currently offer special discounts of this kind.
