Changes and Cancelations
Any request to change or cancel a Tour Services booking must be made by contacting us at +1-833-925-3874 or emailing [email protected]. The first named person on the booking must make any change or cancellation request. Please be sure you have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel. While Wake Up Here will try to assist, most changes or cancellations are outside of our control, and we cannot provide any assurance that the Tour Operator will meet such requests. Some Tour Services may not be able to be changed after a booking has been made. The Tour Operator’s fees for changes or cancellations (which could be as much as 100% of the cost of the Tour Services and will normally increase closer to the date of departure) will be set forth in the Tour Operator Terms and Conditions. If you change or cancel a booked Tour Service, you are responsible for all penalties imposed by the Tour Operator, whether you cancel before or after the Tour Services begin.

Refunds
Any partial or full refund available for changes to or cancellations of Tour Services shall be set forth in the Tour Operator’s Terms and Conditions, or other applicable booking conditions for your Tour Service. Other restrictions or cancellation penalties may apply.
