Hanoi – Arrival

Hanoi

Hanoi is a city rich in history with the Old Quarter dating back to the 14th century. It is invigorated with world class restaurants, modern cafes, art galleries and sophisticated rooftop bars.

Hanoi – Halong Bay
After breakfast, you will be collected and transferred to the ferry dock to board your scenic cruise of Halong Bay. After lunch, take a swim in the lagoon or a calm kayak through the expansive rock caves. Enjoy lots of photo opportunities amongst this tranquil and natural environment. You will then enjoy dinner after a sunset drink on the top deck of the boat. Your overnight will be onboard.

Halong Bay – Hanoi – Danang – Hoi An
Start your morning early with some soul refreshing Tai-chi exercise before breakfast. You will then embark on a guided kayak tour of the Tra Bau area or choose to stay on board the boat for some relaxation. After lunch, you will cruise back to Hanoi and to the airport to board your onward flight to Danang. Upon arrival you will be collected and transferred to the famous UNESCO listed town of Hoi An!

Hội An – Danang – Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast, enjoy some free time before you check out and board your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. You will then be collected and transferred to your hotel to enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – My Tho – Ben Tre
After breakfast, you will be collected and driven by bus to the city of My Tho, basking in scenery of green rice paddies and fields along the way. We will stop to visit Vinh Trang pagoda, the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta. We then continue to My Tho to take a boat trip along the Mekong River where you will see fish cages and floating houses.

We disembark at a coconut island in Ben Tre and enjoy a walk around the village to make a stop at a local family home to enjoy tropical fruit, taste the honey tea and honey wine and listen to Vietnamese traditional music performed by the villagers. Check out the coconut candy shop and learn how to make candy, and see handicrafts made from the coconuts. Take your time snapping photos and enjoy the natural scenery before we head to the local restaurant. Lunch is set with special Vietnamese food. Enjoy your lunch outside under the shade of the trees. After lunch, enjoy your time relaxing, walking around the village, or perhaps going for a short bike ride.

Ho Chi Minh City – Phnom Penh
Today you will wake up and have breakfast in Vietnam, and then cross the Moc Bai Border toward Phnom Penh, your first stop in Cambodia. After your arrival, the rest of the day is spent at your leisure – we suggest visiting the city’s ornate temples; Khmer Kingdon or the Royal Palace. Immerse yourself in a fascinating museum or sample some fresh local cuisine.

Phnom Penh
After breakfast, you’ll have another full day to catch the sights and sounds of Phnom Penh at your leisure.

Phnom Penh – Siem Reap 
After breakfast, meet your driver in the hotel lobby who will then transfer you by coach to continue your journey with a trip to the city of Siem Reap. After checking into your hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure or relaxing by the hotel pool.

Siem Reap – Angkor Wat
After breakfast, you will begin with visiting the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Angkor Wat, known to be on the bucket list of many travelers! Rising majestically from the jungle, this 12th century Buddhist temple complex spans 400 acres and is rich in archaeological treasures. Continue to Angkor Thom, the last city of the Khmer Empire, whose 12th-century temples and statues are a fascinating remnant of the Cambodian Middle Ages. Explore the Bayon Temple, with its collection of smiling stone faces, and explore the hauntingly beautiful remains of Ta Prohm, a 12th-century Buddhist temple, reclaimed by nature, with winding vines weaving around its crumbling walls. We finish the day with a climb to the upper terraces of one of the ancient buildings to view a spectacular sunset.

Siem Reap – Depart
Your final day starts with breakfast at the hotel followed by check-out. You will then be transferred to the airport for the departing flight.
